- I served as head pastor of this rescue work. The church grew from twelve in regular attendance to fifty during his ministry.

Pastor & President of The Leadership Development Group in Lisbon, Portugal (1998-2012)
- Another part of our ministry in Portugal was the creation and development of an undergraduate and graduate ministry training program. The Leadership Development Group is a Bible college and seminary. Ken was the president and director of the school.
- When we began our work in Ramada, the church had only a handful of members and was in danger of closing. Together with the help of Brian and Laurie Dix, the church has been able to re-establish its base and is in the process of forming new leaders. The church now has the following characteristics:
  - Sunday Attendance of 80-90
  - Weekly youth group attendance of 30
  - Numerous weekly discipleship studies
  - Leaders being formed through a series of leadership development courses
  - The majority of the congregation is new believers
  - A national pastor

Skills

I am a Biblical counselor with many years of experience. Certified with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors since 2007.
I speak fluent Portuguese.
I have worked with many churches in strategic planning around the globe.
I have been a part of several church revitalization works.
I have aided in the merger of three churches which is now Hope Baptist Church, Akron OH.
